Pavel Batalov is the Science & Interdisciplinary Studies Librarian at the University of Puget Sound. Pavel serves as the liaison for the Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Exercise Science, Geology, Mathematics, Neuroscience, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Physics departments.

Pavel is passionate about information literacy, open access, and the synthesis of libraries, technology, and design.

Pavel earned his Master of Library and information Science and Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA).
