Peggy Burge is the Associate Director for Public Services at Collins Library. She leads the library service desk team and the liaison librarian team and has responsibility and oversight of several library programs, including circulation, interlibrary loan, the liaison librarian program, reference & research services, teaching & learning services, and the library peer navigator program. She serves as the administrator for the library's Springshare system.
Peggy is also the liaison librarian to several academic departments, including Bioethics; Crime, Law, & Justice Studies; History; Honors; Interdisciplinary Humanities; Religion, Spirituality, & Society; and Science, Technology, Health, & Society.
Peggy earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Russian Language and Literature from George Washington University (Washington, DC); a Master of Arts in Russian Literature from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY); and a Master of Library and Information Science from Syracuse University (Syracuse, NY).
