QTR: A Journal of Trans and Queer Studies in Religion is an open-access journal dedicated to expanding both scholarly and public knowledge about the rich and complex connections between religion, gender, and sexuality. Featuring cutting-edge scholarship at the intersections of queer studies, trans studies, and religious studies, the journal aims to expand the depth and reach of what trans and queer studies in religion is becoming.

Publishes new theological research on issues of sexuality and gender including theological constructions of sex and gender, marriage and models of the family.

Religion and Gender is the first peer-reviewed, international journal for the systematic study of gender and religion in an interdisciplinary perspective. The journal explores the relation, confrontation and intersection of gender and religion, taking into account the multiple and changing manifestations of religion in diverse social and cultural contexts.
