Dr. Annie Downey is University Librarian and Director of the Collins Memorial Library. Dr. Downey oversees all aspects of Collins and is always excited to talk with students, faculty, staff, and the wider community about the many ways the library staff, collections, programs, and spaces support every member of the Puget Sound community.
Annie holds a BA in anthropology, a Masters of Library Science, and a PhD in higher education from the University of North Texas. She has over 20 years of experience working in and leading academic libraries in Texas, Oregon, California, and Washington.
