Scholarly Journals

Scholarly work on aspects of mysticism are published in a wide selection of scholarly journals. The two journals listed below look specifically as medieval European mysticism.

Mystics Quarterly -- scholarly journal available through JSTOR, covering the years 1984-2009.

Journal of Medieval Religious Cultures -- available through JSTOR from 2010 forward. There is an embargo on the most recent four years in JSTOR, but you can request those articles through interlibrary loan.
